HOWEVER, WITHOUT THERAPIST GUIDED CORRECTION OF MOVEMENT ABNORMALITIES, APPROPRIATE MUSCLE STRENGTHENING AND CORRECTION OF POSTURAL ALIGNMENT, INSTABILITIES AND MOVEMENT DYSFUNCTIONS CAN RETURN ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED PAIN.
UNFORTUNATELY WITH MANY CONDITIONS/ PROBLEMS THERE ARE NO “MAGIC CURES” OR “QUICK FIXES” AND PATIENTS OFTEN GET MISLEAD BY ADVERTISING. ULTIMATELY WE NEED TO ADDRESS THE DYSFUNCTION THROUGH MOVEMENT CORRECTION AND STRENGTHENING TO REMAIN PAIN FREE. MOVE, PLAY AND ALLOW YOU BODY TO BE FREE.
