MEDITATIONMeditation is a very personal journey and we all gain different experiences from our practice. In these classes/individual sessions you are encouraged to find your inner self through relaxation and pranayama (breathing) techniques. Our practice of the physical postures (asanas) gives us the flexibility and poise to be able to meditate at ease.

CORPORATE YOGAI will come out to your place of work and assess the environment and personnel and deliver a suitable yoga programme. I will perform a small yoga classes incorporating stretches and strength postures which are specific to your work place. I will also teach meditation techniques to aid in stress management and mindful behavior.

PRIVATE YOGAA private yoga session allows you to have the full session to yourself. It can be your practice and be tailored to what you need to nurture or energize yourself at that particular moment.
We can choose whatever location suits you the most from the clinic room, to the beach, under your favourite tree or in your own back yard. |
